This is a short post to show the Krakowskie Przedmiescie street at Christmas. This street is the street going through the Old Town of Warsaw. Following it you may see many Warsaw landmarks such as Presidential Palace, Royal Castle, Castle Square etc.

Walking in the Old Town of Warsaw you may get to the Krakowskie Przedmiescie street that goes from the Castle square along the Presidential Palace (Pałac Prezydencki or Pałac Namiestnikowski). This palace was built in 1643 and then it was rebuilt a few times. Also the owners of the palace were changed several times during the time. Its government purpose started in 1818. Construction of the present-day Presidential Palace in Warsaw was begun in 1643 by Crown Great Hetman Stanisław Koniecpolski.

Here is one more panorama looking to another side of Warsaw and pointing to the Marriott Hotel. This skyscraper was built by LOT, Ilbau – main contractor and Marrott. The building serves as a hotel and managed by the well-known hotel corporation Marriott. The construction was completed in 1989. The height of the skyscraper is 140m to the roof and the total height is 170m.
The image is an HDR panorama image merged of 4 HDR images consisting of 3 images each. As usually the resulting panorama was corrected in Photoshop.
Panoramic View From 30th Floor View On Marriott Hotel
This is another panorama made from the 30th floor of the Palace of Science and Culture. This view points to the park and the All Saints Church that can be seen just in the center of the image behind a long light building.
The resulting panorama was merged of 4 HDR images merged of 3 images each. Then some post-processing in Photoshop was applied to make this image look more realistic. Photos were made using Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS at 18mm in landscape orientation.
