Traveling through Europe I made a lot of photos but found time to processes them only long time after that. This post is for the photo of monuments on Heroes Square in Budapest, Hungary. Unfortunately, I was there just for some 20 mins. My bus made a stop on this square. So I didn’t have much time to find a good point of view and prepare for some good shot. The maximum I could do is to create a few photos that later could be combined in a panoramic photo.
Here what I got after processing those images.
Heroes Square (Hősök tere) is one of the famous squares of Hungary. It is located in Budapest ( in Pest part of it). This square was created to celebrate the one thousandth anniversary of Hungary that was celebrated in 1896.
The central site of the hero’s square, as well as a landmark of Budapest, is the Millennium Memorial (also known as Millennium Monument or Millenary Monument) with statues of the leaders of the seven tribes that founded Hungary in the 9th century and other outstanding figures of Hungarian history.
