I like photos of churches, temples, cathedrals and other religion buildings. They are made very careful and look very great on photos. The best for me are interior appearance of such buildings. These interiors are so monumental. I read a lot about how to make such photos in the best way and try to find the best way for me. I tried HDR photos, long exposure photos and then creating a few adjusting levels and cannot say what is better for me.. I think HDR images are cool but sometime they miss some reality meanwhile long-exposure images miss details..
Here are photos of Dominican Church in Lviv. I made these photos without using of HDR technique. Interior photo was made with long-exposure and then postprocessed in Photoshop to add more light into darkest areas.
