Our hotel was located in mountains and not far from the top of a mountain. One said the view was very nice from there and we could see Yaremche town valley. So, we went there. The nature is so amazing there! Maybe because I was growing in steppes and visited only Crimea where mountains are not like Carpathian.
Anyway, this is the one of the roads we rose to the mountain top.
Walking in Kiev with my browser in law we visited a pedestrian bridge over Dnieper. The nice view is available looking from this bridge on Kiev. On the left side you may see Kiev port with ships. And on the right side you may see the island.

Here is the Lycabettus Hill (Λυκαβηττός), aka Lykavittos, viewing from the downside.
There a few ways to reach the top of the hill. The one of them is to use cable car that is most easy way but we chose the hardest one – travel by feet. This was hard but enjoyable. The pathway is through a small pine forest that smell well. This reminded me Crimea..
